A: We deliver in the UK and Worldwide, Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by weight and parcel size!

FREE Delivery to Mainlaind England & Wales .

All shipments are dispatched VIA Royal Mail with tracking numbers and will need to be signed for upon receipt of order. 

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: The expected delivery time for a standard order being shipped to a UK address is 5-7 working days. The shipping time for orders outside of the UK will vary depending on the location. Please contact contact@gropro.co.uk for further details or if you need your item sooner.

Q: What will happen if I’m not in when you deliver my order?

A: The carrier will leave a card informing you that the delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions as to how to obtain your order.

Q: As a non-UK resident, do I have to pay import charges?

A: Any customs or import duties are calculated once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are not controlled by Growth & Progression Clothing and vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
